SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship worldwide from Madrid, Spain.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days and, sometimes if possible, within the same day that we receive your order. That is our normal timing, however, if we can not commit to this deadline due to personal or other circumstances, we will let you know by a displayed announcement on the main page of this website. Please, check that out before placing your order.
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Clients are fully responsible of writing the correct address and personal data. If a package is already been sent and you send us an email with corrections, we will not be responsible for this lost parcel. We will not issue any refund regarding this order. If you wish to receive the order you placed, you will need to place a new order to our shop.
We send all our orders via Certified Mail to keep shipping costs affordable.

Based on our experience during the last months of COVID19 pandemic, if your order is not getting quicker as you would like to, this is what you can expect:
**Post to the UK and Europe is taking around 2-6 weeks to arrive. There are some countries within the EU that deliver their parcels as before the pandemic. But that depends on the country and the Mail service.
**Post to the USA and Canada is taking 4-12 weeks to arrive.
**Post to Australia and New Zealand is taking 12+ weeks to arrive. Packages are being held at their customs centres as they’ve closed their borders to international post from Spain. These parcels will be held until AUS and NZ decide to release them. Therefore, we stop our service temporarily to these area because we feel clients should not wait that long!
*Latin America and the Caribbean: Just sending parcels to Mexico. Post to Mexico is taking between 4-12 weeks to arrive.
These delivery times are an estimate and will also depend on the agility of the Mail service at the destination country, any local bank holiday, strikes or other unforeseen events that may occur during shipment.
Remember that we are pushing ourselves to dispatch orders as soon as we can. However, after doing our job we depend on the Mail to do the rest as fast as they can. We cannot have control over that and we ask for your patience on these difficult times. We are not responsible for any delays in delivering the orders, that is a service performed by external companies. I, as an entrepreneur, am the most interested in the quickest delivery of orders. We are also not responsible for any delays to your shipment that might result from customs delays, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

All weekends, public and bank holidays in Spain or Madrid city must be excluded when calculating delivery times.
We accept returns and the items must be in new conditions. Please, be aware of this timings when you have any problems with the items you received:
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs and any duties that apply. As soon as the items are received at Costura Secret Shop, we will issue the refund.
All returns must be approved in advanced and communicated to our shop, please contact us before sending anything.
